IEDR relaxes its rules. Just because you have a registered business name does not automatically protect your .ie domain. Under IEDR (see www.iedr.ie) rules as long as your application for a .ie domain name remains unsupported by the necessary documentation the domain you have applied for is available to all comers on a first come first served basis(i.e. the IEDR will award the domain name to whomever provides the correct documentation first). Willows Consulting does not take responsibility for failure to register domain names in a situation where full and correct documentation has not been supplied in a timely manner. Its easier to purchase the domain from www.allirelandweb.com and save your self a few grand in legal fees trying to reclaim a domain that you should own. |
