Sean Owens:
Sean manages and directs the day to day runing of Willows Consulting. Always available and accessible to all our clients. Over 10 years experience developing websites for the corporate and private sector. A computer science graduate with a retailing background makes for a unique Irish ecommerce skill set.
Formely Cognotec, EDS and Oracle Sean brings a wealth of experience to Willows Consulting. As the company's founder he is focused on delivering high end quality websites.

Aine Williams:
Aine manages and develops our training and QA side of the operation. Aine brings 12 years product line management from Oracle corporation. a graduate of the The DIT and IMI ensures that a high degree of industry knowledge and QA is an integral part of all Willows Consulting's product. Project management is Aine's forte is directing high end projects to ontime and quality deliveries.

John Cahill:
John has over 25 years of hands on experience in industry and has held senior management positions up to board level, with specific responsibility for financial, human resources and project management. He is currently a non executive director of a number of companies in the construction and IT sectors as well as providing consultancy, coaching and training services to a large number of organisations.

Before setting up in 2001, John was Finance Director for the Project Management Group (PM) for ten years. He also had responsibility for HR management until the appointment of a HR director in 1998. During this period PM grew to become Ireland’s largest engineering design and project management organisation, with over 1,000 employees. In 2000/2001 he managed the successful introduction of an Approved Profit Share Scheme into the company and has continued his involvement as a Trustee of the scheme.

Following Psychology studies with the Open University, John completed a Masters Degree in Organisational Behaviour through the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and Trinity College in 1999.

Prior to joining PM, John held senior management positions in organisations in the energy, construction, manufacturing, car retail and software development sectors.

Jerzy and his team bring an increditble flair for design, flash and video editing to Willows Consulting. Constantly pushing design boundaries and creating new designs, using the latest technologies.

Dawid Koneichki
Dawid and his team have been developing high end web applications for over 5 years, adapting and integrating new technologies into our existing and new websites. A technolgy brilliance coupled with an ever expanding testbed of new web technologies makes Dawid and his team an perfect part of our growing company.
