The customer experience had to be a huge improvement on our old site.
We have many customer groups and restrictions on some products on where we can sell them. Our product is serving the film and the beauty salon trade. Diverse markets that search products differently and look for different information on the same product.
Sll interactions with the customer have to be beautiful and well crafted. Our customers are in the beauty business and have a good eye for beautifully presented products.
Multiple shipping and currency options have to be included so as to suit all the customers requirements.
